Getting my tattoo drawn up and stuff

i’m getting a bit nervous actually now, not cos i’m scared or out. but

A. Financially

and 

B. i’m not exactly the biggest of guys so where i want it (my forearm), if i grow, it might stretch it. or it might look weird because i’m small.
