Making a sunday roast

Chicken is in the oven, put a load of herbs and spices on it! 

potatoes are peeled and in water, waiting to be boiled for 10 mins then into the oven with the chicken it goes.

need to wait for the chicken to be done before i can do the gravy as i’m getting all the juices from the potatoes and chicken to use in my gravy to give it a garlicy taste! 

so far so good!
